DreamzTech designed a two-layer platform: a secure web application for the controlled insurance workflow and an optional AI layer for faster search, navigation and drafting. The build extends DreamzTech's legacy system AI modernization practice into a regulated, multilingual insurance advisory workflow.

The team converted the desktop user experience into a browser-based ASP.NET Core application. Existing SQL Server data, views and stored procedures remain the foundation, reducing migration risk while creating a modern interface for multi-user access.

The portal presents the advisory journey as visible, ordered steps. KYC and sanctions review can gate later activities, while status cards show what is complete, in progress or waiting for information. This helps brokers understand the next required action without hiding the underlying process.

Users manage insurance takers, partners, contacts and beneficiaries in the dossier. Server-side screening checks relevant parties against configured lists, returns a possible-match or no-match status, and gives authorized staff a review and re-screen path rather than treating an automated result as a final decision.

Structured sections capture objectives, financial situation, risk tolerance, product knowledge and experience, knowledge-test responses, sustainability preferences and advice-related information. The application organizes this evidence and supports reporting; the broker remains responsible for the final assessment and recommendation.

The web architecture moves generative-AI calls to a protected backend service. The model can help prepare advisory text from authorized dossier context, but the output is a draft for professional review. Credentials remain outside the browser and can be managed through Azure Key Vault.

The AI module lets a user describe the records they need in plain language. The service interprets the request, builds controlled filters against permitted entities and returns a sortable list of persons, policies, claims, receipts or agenda items. The system does not expose generated SQL to the end user, building on DreamzTech’s enterprise RAG development approach.

Every returned record carries its unique identifier. After the user selects a record and approves an action, the identifier passes into the target form or integrated application. The client or policy is already selected, reducing repeated lookup and preserving the established form workflow.
