DreamzTech created a closed-loop RFID workflow around a single item identity. Each approved RFID event changes the garment's operational state and passes the relevant update to the connected business process. The build extends DreamzTech's custom software development practice into a governed, item-level retail inventory workflow.

Teams associate each RFID tag with the corresponding product and Siesa production-order data. This creates the item-level identity used during every later movement and validation step.

Warehouse operators use supported RFID handhelds to capture garments in bulk. The application compares scanned items with the expected dispatch, highlights mismatches and prepares an approved movement update, building on DreamzTech’s RFID warehouse tracking system foundation.

Store teams scan incoming garments and reconcile the physical receipt with the dispatch record. Exceptions remain visible for review before inventory status and location are finalized.

A Chafon CF600 UHF desktop reader captures the tagged garment at checkout. Once the sale is validated, the application changes the item status to sold and synchronizes the approved update with Siesa ERP.

Fixed readers monitor controlled store exits. If a tagged item passes the read zone without an approved sold status, the Android-connected workflow creates an alert for staff review.

Web dashboards and Dreamz RFID Android applications give authorized users access to item records, transactions, locations, workflow status and exception information across the operating network.

Siesa ERP Integration

The RFID platform acts as the physical-event layer while Siesa remains the business-system record for connected production and order processes. Integration maps products, orders, locations and transaction states so an approved RFID action can update the corresponding ERP workflow.
